Wayne Loranger is the owner of Hearth & Home Mortgage. He obtained his
brokers license in 1978. Through the years he has worked in different
companies related to the real estate industry. On Feb. 1, 1987, he decided
to buy a real estate business and at the same time the mortgage business was
born.

Wayne has worked in the mortgage business while building his real estate
company. In January 2000 Ann George and Stephanie Mathews joined the
mortgage company. They are both experienced loan officers who have many
years of experience helping people with their mortgage needs.

In the last seventeen years we have worked hard for people across the
country to receive outstanding service, the best loan possible and achieve
their dreams of owning property in the state of Washington.

We do residential, second homes, investment properties, condominiums, lot
purchases, and manufactured homes by utilizing VA loans, conventional loans,
home equity loans, and first and second loan combinations.

Hearth & Home Mortgage specializes in "no loan fee" programs for the
borrowers while working with major lenders and qualified appraisers and
title and escrow companies across the state.
